A patch is available that fixes this issue by unconditionally unmasking the MPIC per-CPU interrupt during resume. Users should apply the official Linux kernel updates that include this fix. No additional mitigation is required beyond applying the patch.
Description
A vulnerability in the Linux kernel's mvneta network driver on Marvell MPIC platforms causes the per-CPU interrupt to remain masked after system suspend and resume. This results in the CPU not receiving network interrupts, leading to complete loss of network connectivity. The issue occurs because the interrupt is disabled during NAPI polling and not properly re-enabled on resume. A fix is available that unconditionally unmasks the interrupt during resume.
