A patch is available and should be applied to affected Linux kernel versions to resolve this issue. The vendor advisory confirms the fix is included in updated kernel releases. No additional mitigation steps are required beyond applying the official fix.
Description
A vulnerability in the Linux kernel ALSA usb-audio qcom driver was resolved where the substream's opened state was not cleared if enabling the stream failed due to an invalid service interval. This caused the substream to remain stuck in a busy state until disabled or disconnected. The issue has been fixed by clearing the opened state on the enable error path.
