Technical Analysis

This vulnerability in Idurar IDURAR ERP CRM 4.1.0 arises from improper access control (CWE-284) on the /download router endpoint. The endpoint is exposed without authentication, allowing unauthenticated remote attackers to enumerate MongoDB ObjectIds and download invoice PDFs containing sensitive customer PII. The flaw enables unauthorized data disclosure without requiring user interaction or privileges.

Potential Impact

Successful exploitation results in unauthorized disclosure of sensitive customer information contained in invoice PDFs. This compromises confidentiality but does not affect integrity or availability. The vulnerability can be exploited remotely without authentication, increasing the risk of data leakage.

Mitigation Recommendations

Patch status is not yet confirmed — check the vendor advisory for current remediation guidance. Until a fix is available, restrict access to the /download router by implementing authentication middleware or network-level access controls to prevent unauthorized access.
