Technical Analysis
CVE-2026-75680 is a DOM-based Cross-Site Scripting vulnerability in Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service. It enables attackers to execute arbitrary JavaScript by manipulating the Document Object Model (DOM) in the victim's browser after the victim visits a maliciously crafted webpage. The vulnerability changes scope, indicating that the impact crosses security boundaries. The CVSS vector indicates network attack vector, low attack complexity, low privileges required, user interaction required, changed scope, and impacts confidentiality and integrity with no impact on availability.
Potential Impact
Successful exploitation can lead to partial confidentiality and integrity compromise within the victim's browser context. This may allow attackers to execute malicious scripts, potentially leading to session hijacking or unauthorized actions within the affected application. However, exploitation requires user interaction and the vulnerability does not impact system availability.
Mitigation Recommendations
Patch status is not yet confirmed — check the vendor advisory for current remediation guidance. Since this is a cloud service, Adobe may manage remediation server-side; verify with Adobe's official advisory. Until a fix is confirmed, avoid visiting untrusted or suspicious links that could exploit this vulnerability.
