Description

CVE-2026-78629 is a medium severity vulnerability in the Okta Hyperdrive Agent version 1.2.0. The agent incorrectly implements its authentication algorithm by returning a success response without a signed SAML assertion when the organization's policy specifies no MFA for a user.
