AI-suggested

Fixed versions are available: 12.4.11, 13.0.9, 13.1.6, and 13.2.2. Users should upgrade to one of these versions to remediate the vulnerability. No additional mitigation steps are indicated by the vendor advisory. If upgrading immediately is not possible, restrict access to Grafana server logs and log storage to trusted personnel only.

Description

CVE-2026-79656 is a vulnerability in Grafana OSS where sensitive OAuth and OIDC tokens are logged unredacted under certain conditions. Users with read access to Grafana server logs or log stores can recover these tokens if the tokens are invalid JWTs, missing, or not strings. The exposure is limited to the scopes granted to the OAuth client. This issue affects multiple Grafana OSS versions prior to fixed releases.
