Published: 10/17/2026 (10/17/2026, 06:00:14 UTC)
Source: CVE Database V5
Product: ACF Frontend Admin by DynamiApps

Description

The ACF Frontend Admin by DynamiApps WordPress plugin up to version 3.29.13 contains a deserialization vulnerability. It does not restrict which PHP classes can be instantiated during deserialization of stored post content rendered on public pages. This allows high-privilege users, such as administrators, to inject PHP objects that could lead to remote code execution if a suitable POP chain exists in the plugin or WordPress core.

Technical Analysis

CVE-2026-81344 is a deserialization of untrusted data vulnerability (CWE-502) in the ACF Frontend Admin by DynamiApps WordPress plugin through version 3.29.13. The plugin fails to restrict PHP class instantiation during deserialization of stored post content displayed on public-facing pages. This flaw enables high-privilege users (e.g., administrators) to inject malicious PHP objects. If a suitable Property Oriented Programming (POP) chain is present in the plugin or WordPress core, this can be exploited to achieve remote code execution.

Potential Impact

An attacker with high privileges (such as an administrator) can exploit this vulnerability to execute arbitrary PHP code remotely. This could lead to full compromise of the affected WordPress site, including unauthorized access, data theft, or site defacement.

Mitigation Recommendations

No official patch or fix is currently documented for this vulnerability. Users should monitor the vendor's advisory for updates. Until a fix is available, restrict administrative access to trusted users only and consider disabling or removing the affected plugin version. Patch status is not yet confirmed — check the vendor advisory for current remediation guidance.
