AI-suggested

Red Hat currently states that no mitigation is available or that existing options do not meet their criteria for ease of use, applicability, or stability. Users should monitor Red Hat advisories for future patches or mitigations. Until a fix is released, protective measures specific to limiting XML payload size or complexity at network or application layers may be considered, but no official mitigation is provided.

Description

A vulnerability in the SAML implementation of Red Hat Build of Keycloak allows unauthenticated remote attackers to cause a denial of service by sending large, specially crafted XML messages to the SAML Artifact Resolution and ECP SOAP endpoints. This triggers excessive memory consumption, leading to application crashes and service disruption.
