Since the vulnerability requires authenticated administrator access, restricting administrator privileges and monitoring administrative actions can reduce risk. Review and validate the Document Server URL configuration carefully. Monitor vendor advisories for updates or patches addressing this SSRF vulnerability.

Description

CVE-2026-84282 is a Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) vulnerability in the ONLYOFFICE ownCloud Integration plugin version 9.12. It occurs because the /apps/onlyoffice/ajax/settings/address endpoint does not properly validate the Document Server URL provided by an authenticated administrator. This flaw allows the ownCloud server to send arbitrary requests to attacker-controlled destinations, including internal network hosts, enabling internal network reconnaissance and TCP port scanning.
