Description

GeoVision GV-LPC2211 version 1.13 has a vulnerability where it improperly manages PTZ connection state. This flaw allows an unauthenticated remote client to block the accept loop, preventing new PTZ connections from being established. The vulnerability results in uncontrolled resource consumption, leading to denial of service conditions.
