A fix is available in the Linux kernel, specifically in version 6.6 and later commits identified by the provided fixedVersions hashes. Users and administrators should update to the fixed kernel versions to remediate this issue. No additional mitigation steps are indicated or required beyond applying the official fix.
Description
A NULL pointer dereference vulnerability in the Linux kernel's Nouveau DRM driver was fixed. The flaw occurs during the unwinding of an OP_MAP_SPARSE operation in the UVMM bind job processing, where a NULL ops pointer is dereferenced, causing a kernel oops. This issue affects Linux kernel version 6.6 and was addressed by adding a guard to prevent dereferencing NULL pointers during cleanup.
