A fix is available and has been applied in the Linux kernel source by correcting the num_parents count using ARRAY_SIZE. Users should update to a patched kernel version to remediate this issue. No additional mitigation steps are specified or required beyond applying the official fix.
Description
A vulnerability in the Linux kernel's meson clock driver (gxbb_32k_clk_sel) caused an out-of-bounds read due to a mismatch between the number of clock parents and the hard-coded count. This was observed on the GXBB WeTek Hub hardware. The issue was fixed by adjusting the number of parents using ARRAY_SIZE to prevent similar errors.
