Upgrade the Essential Real Estate plugin to version 5.3.5 or later, where this authorization bypass vulnerability has been fixed. No other mitigation is required as the issue is resolved in the official patch.

Description

A vulnerability in the Essential Real Estate WordPress plugin before version 5.3.5 allows authenticated low-privileged users to access invoices belonging to other users. This occurs because the plugin does not verify invoice ownership before rendering invoice data in an AJAX action, exposing sensitive information such as the invoice owner's name, account email, and financial details.
