Description
CVE-2026-92199 is a local privilege escalation vulnerability in Quest Foglight for Databases version 8.2.0. It arises from the use of a hard-coded cryptographic key in the symmetricDecrypt method of the EncryptionUtil component. An attacker with the ability to execute low-privileged code on the affected system can exploit this flaw to escalate privileges and execute arbitrary code with SYSTEM-level permissions.
