A fix is available and has been applied in the Linux kernel commits identified by the fixedVersions hashes. Users should update their Linux kernel to a version including these fixes to resolve the deadlock issue. No additional mitigation steps are required.
Description
A deadlock vulnerability in the Linux kernel's USB gadget f_tcm driver was fixed by removing a problematic lock in the usbg_make_tpg() function. The issue involved a circular lock dependency that could cause system deadlock. The fix replaces the locking mechanism with lockless access using READ_ONCE/WRITE_ONCE for a monotonic flag.
