AI-suggested
A fix for this vulnerability has been implemented in the Linux kernel. Users should apply the official kernel updates that include this patch to resolve the issue. Since this is a kernel-level fix, upgrading to a patched kernel version is the recommended remediation.
Description
A vulnerability in the Linux kernel's blk-cgroup subsystem was fixed related to memory leaks and incorrect flag handling when radix_tree_insert() fails in blkg_create(). The issue caused the blkg->online flag to be set incorrectly and led to permanent memory leaks including cgroup references, preventing cgroup destruction.
