A fix for this vulnerability is available in updated Linux kernel versions. Users and administrators should apply the official patches or update to fixed kernel versions to remediate the issue. Since this is not a cloud service, remediation depends on applying these updates locally.
Description
A vulnerability in the Linux kernel's ethosu accelerator driver allowed userspace to set the job SRAM size to zero while still performing SRAM accesses, causing the system to use a stale base address from a prior job. This could lead to unauthorized memory access and potential system compromise. The issue has been resolved by ensuring the SRAM region size matches the job's SRAM size.
