AI-suggested

This vulnerability has been fixed in the Linux kernel versions identified by commits c7a1c6e8004ab12a9c9bfdcb603f60f9bf4a3cee and 959c66dc4a915be306c35691095c787c61dc7df9. Users should update to these fixed versions or later to remediate the issue.

Description

A use-after-free vulnerability in the Linux kernel's sched_ext subsystem was fixed. The issue arises due to a race condition during scheduler enable/disable operations involving BPF program error claims, which can lead to the scheduler remaining enabled but unable to be disabled and subsequent freeing of resources still in use.
