Description
A vulnerability in the Linux kernel Bluetooth subsystem (btintel_pcie) involves a missing bounds check on the transmit buffer length in the send_sync function. This flaw could lead to a buffer overflow in the DMA buffer when oversized packets are sent, as the length is unchecked before copying data. The issue has been fixed by adding a bounds check in the send_sync function to prevent overflow.
