Description
A memory leak vulnerability was identified and fixed in the Linux kernel's netfilter NAT subsystem. The issue occurs when nf_hook_entries_insert_raw() fails, causing NAT hooks not to be released properly. This flaw was addressed by postponing the setting of nat_proto_net->nat_hook_ops until after hooks are successfully registered, simplifying error handling and ensuring proper cleanup.
