AI-suggested

The vulnerability is fixed in the Linux kernel commits cc53eb5c6515e3221314624a22c9da9c80a67f63 and 49d9d295d69d07e850cae35933ba8519e2915f26. Users should update to these fixed versions or later to remediate the issue.

Description

A vulnerability in the Linux kernel's KVM arm64 implementation caused a WARN on unknown VM ioctl calls in protected mode. This could lead to a kernel panic if userspace issues an unrecognized ioctl, potentially tainting and crashing the pKVM host under panic_on_warn conditions. The issue was fixed in specific commits.
