AI-suggested

A fix for this issue has been applied in the Linux kernel source code as indicated by the listed fixed commits. Users and administrators should update to a kernel version that includes these fixes to resolve the runtime PM leak. No additional mitigation steps are indicated.

Description

A runtime power management (PM) reference leak vulnerability exists in the Linux kernel's amdgpu driver. The function amdgpu_debugfs_test_ib_show() may leak a runtime PM reference if interrupted while acquiring a reset domain semaphore, causing the GPU to remain awake unnecessarily. This issue has been fixed by ensuring the runtime PM reference is properly dropped on error paths.
