The described fix involves modifying the scheduler lookup to search all allocated core slots to prevent NULL pointer dereferences. If you cannot patch yet, avoid unbinding cores that are not the last in the array to reduce risk of faults.
Description
A null pointer dereference vulnerability exists in the Linux kernel's accel/rocket scheduler code due to incomplete searching of core slots when looking up a scheduler. This occurs when unbinding a core that is not the last one, causing sched_to_core() to miss cores still bound and running jobs, leading to null pointer dereferences in rocket_job_run() and rocket_job_timedout().
