Description

Dosage versions prior to 3.3 contain a stored cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in their HTML and RSS output handlers. User-controlled content such as comic text and page URLs are written directly into generated HTML and RSS files without proper HTML escaping. This allows attacker-controlled JavaScript to execute in the browser when a user opens these files. The vulnerability stems from the lack of sanitization or escaping of untrusted input before writing to output files.
