Until a fix is applied, restrict local write permissions to sensitive directories to prevent exploitation of this race condition.
Description
A vulnerability in GLib2's g_file_replace() function can lead to a race condition when creating temporary files fails. This flaw allows a local attacker with write access to the destination directory to redirect file writes to another file by exploiting the lack of exclusive creation and symlink protection during the fallback file recreation process.
