Description

Guzzle versions prior to 7.15.2 and 8.0.1 contain a vulnerability in the SetCookie::matchesDomain() function where cookies are incorrectly matched to every subdomain of a cookie Domain. This occurs because certain domain spellings, such as hexadecimal or mixed-base IP literals, are not recognized properly, causing cookies to be sent to unintended subdomains. This can lead to session identifiers or tokens being disclosed to malicious hosts with look-alike domain names. The issue is fixed in versions 7.15.2 and 8.0.1.
