If you cannot patch yet, consider mitigating by limiting or validating chunked request handling at the application or proxy level to prevent malformed chunked bodies from causing hangs or misparsing.
Description
HTTP::Body versions before 1.23_01 for Perl have a vulnerability in handling chunked request bodies where chunk boundaries are not tracked correctly if a read ends inside a chunk. This can cause the server to hang indefinitely waiting for a complete body or to prematurely consider a chunk complete, potentially misinterpreting leftover data as the next request.
