Until a fix is available, restrict access to the affected IBM API Connect versions and carefully control user permissions for configuring webhook URLs to minimize risk.

Description

IBM API Connect versions 10.0.8.0 through 10.0.8.12 and 12.1.0.0 through 12.1.1.2 contain a vulnerability where remote authenticated attackers can exploit insufficient validation of webhook destination URLs. This flaw allows attackers to cause the server to contact internal network resources, potentially probing internal systems.
