A security update fixing these vulnerabilities is available in TigerVNC version 1.15.0-9.el8_10. Users should apply this update promptly to remediate the issues. Refer to the Red Hat advisory RHSA-2026:13414 for detailed update instructions. No additional mitigation actions are indicated beyond applying the official patch.
Description
TigerVNC, a suite of VNC servers and clients, has multiple security vulnerabilities including a denial of service via integer underflow in XKB compatibility map handling (CVE-2026-33999), use-after-free leading to server crash and potential memory corruption (CVE-2026-34001), information exposure and denial of service via out-of-bounds memory access (CVE-2026-34003), and information disclosure, data manipulation, and denial of service via incorrect permissions in x0vncserver (CVE-2026-34352). These issues affect the X.Org X server component used by TigerVNC. A security update addressing these vulnerabilities is available.
