Impact

The reported issues could hinder users from filing cybercrime complaints effectively, potentially delaying incident reporting and response. However, there is no indication of a security breach, data compromise, or exploitation. The impact is limited to service availability and user experience.

Defensive guidance

Since the issue appears related to website availability and functionality rather than a security vulnerability, users should attempt to contact the website administrators or use alternative official channels for filing complaints. Monitor the website for restoration of service.

Summary

There is no technical evidence of a security vulnerability or exploit. The site currently appears inaccessible, returning a 'Page Not Found' error.
