Users of the Rust rsa crate should monitor the vendor or project repository for updates addressing this issue. Until a fix is released, consider mitigating timing side-channel risks by applying constant-time cryptographic operation techniques or using alternative RSA implementations not vulnerable to this attack.
Description
The Marvin Attack is a timing side-channel vulnerability affecting RSA implementations, including the Rust rsa crate up to version 0.9.6. It allows an attacker who can measure the time taken for RSA decryption or signing operations to potentially recover the private key. No fixed version is currently available for this vulnerability.
