AI-suggested

Upgrade to minimatch version 11.0.1 or later, where this issue is fixed. No other mitigation or workaround is indicated.

Description

Node minimatch versions prior to 11.0.1 contain a vulnerability in the firstPhasePreProcess() function that allows a crafted glob pattern with repeated **/.. segments to cause excessive CPU and memory usage during pattern compilation. This can lead to denial of service conditions. The issue is resolved in version 11.0.1.
