Description

NVIDIA Display Driver for Linux contains a vulnerability in the Multi-Instance GPU (MIG) partition management. The issue arises from insecure default initialization of memory subsystem routing resources, which can cause data corruption or system hangs during partition reconfiguration. Exploitation of this flaw may lead to denial of service conditions. The vulnerability affects multiple versions of the NVIDIA graphics drivers, including legacy 304 series and others. Fixes have been released in updated driver versions.
