Description
A security vulnerability (CVE-2026-86320) exists in flatpak-builder, a tool for building flatpaks from sources. The flaw allows host code execution via the execution of `git am` hooks during patch source extraction when using the `use-git-am` option. Red Hat has issued a security update for flatpak-builder in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8 to address this issue.
