Description
A denial of service vulnerability exists in hostapd due to improper handling of malformed Wi-Fi 7 Multi-Link Operation association requests. This flaw could cause the hostapd daemon, which manages Wi-Fi access point authentication, to crash or become unresponsive. Red Hat has issued a security update to address this issue in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 10 and its variants.
