Description
Red Hat has issued a security advisory for multiple vulnerabilities in the Linux kernel packages included in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9.2. The update addresses several issues including a double free vulnerability in the NVMe driver (CVE-2024-41073), denial of service due to a deadlock in hugetlb folio migration (CVE-2026-23097), use-after-free in iSCSI target code (CVE-2026-23193), race condition in ALSA aloop PCM trigger (CVE-2026-23191), heap overflow in NFSv4.0 LOCK replay cache (CVE-2026-31402), and a crypto subsystem regression (CVE-2026-31431). These vulnerabilities have been rated as important by Red Hat Product Security. A system reboot is required after applying the update.
