AI-suggested

Apply the official Red Hat updates for .NET SDK 10.0.104 and .NET Runtime 10.0.4 as provided in the advisory RHSA-2026:4458. These updates address the denial of service vulnerabilities. Follow Red Hat's published instructions for updating affected packages on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8 systems. No additional mitigation steps are indicated by the vendor.

Description

.NET 10.0 for Red Hat Enterprise Linux contains two denial of service vulnerabilities: an out-of-bounds read in the .NET runtime (CVE-2026-26127) and uncontrolled resource allocation in ASP.NET Core (CVE-2026-26130). Updated versions .NET SDK 10.0.104 and .NET Runtime 10.0.4 address these issues. The vulnerabilities could allow denial of service conditions but no exploitation in the wild is known. Red Hat has rated the update as important and provides patches for affected packages.
