Description

Multiple security vulnerabilities have been identified and fixed in Mozilla Thunderbird as packaged by Red Hat. These include a use-after-free vulnerability triggered by the XSLTProcessor (CVE-2025-3028), a URL bar spoofing issue via non-BMP Unicode characters (CVE-2025-3029), and various memory safety bugs addressed in Thunderbird versions 137 and 128.9 (CVE-2025-3030). Red Hat has released security updates for Thunderbird 128.9.0 to address these issues in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8.4 variants.
