AI-suggested

Upgrade to Scriban version 7.5.3 or later, where this resource exhaustion vulnerability has been fixed. No other mitigation or temporary workaround is indicated.

Description

Scriban versions before 7.5.3 have a resource exhaustion vulnerability that allows untrusted template authors to exhaust memory and CPU resources. This occurs because certain built-in functions bypass internal allocation guards, enabling attackers to craft templates that cause excessive computation or memory use, potentially crashing or stalling multi-tenant hosts.
