AI-suggested

Upgrade to Starman version 0.4019 or later, which applies read_timeout to request body reads and enforces a body_timeout limit. No other mitigation is indicated.

Description

Starman versions before 0.4019 for Perl have a vulnerability where a stalled request body can hold a worker indefinitely because the read_timeout only applies to headers. This allows a remote attacker to exhaust all workers by sending incomplete request bodies, causing the server to stop responding. Version 0.4019 introduces a fix by applying read_timeout to body data reads and adding a body_timeout limit of 300 seconds.
