Until a fix is available, avoid loading untrusted modules via the affected APIs. Implement additional input validation or sandboxing where possible to limit exposure.
Description
Two vulnerabilities exist in the ThreadX loadable-module loader when loading attacker-controlled module objects via APIs that accept only a base pointer without image length verification. The first is a heap out-of-bounds read caused by trusting the code size field as the source image length during code copying. The second is a control-flow integrity weakness due to insufficient validation of module entry and callback pointers, with no checksum verification of the module preamble. No out-of-bounds write was identified.
