Since the vulnerability involves the use of default credentials without enforced password change, immediate mitigation includes manually changing the default administrator password after installation. Monitor vendor advisories for official patches or updates addressing this issue.

Description

AxxonSoft Axxon One versions before 3.0.0 on Windows and Linux have a vulnerability where the web client uses a default password that is not forced to be changed on first login. This allows a remote unauthenticated attacker to log in as the built-in administrator using default credentials on a newly installed system.
