Description

A vulnerability in Traefik prior to version 3.6.8 allows an unauthenticated remote client to bypass the readTimeout setting on TCP entrypoints by sending a Postgres SSLRequest (STARTTLS) prelude and then stalling. This causes connections to remain open indefinitely, leading to resource exhaustion and denial of service.
