Vulnrichment Viewer: Search, filter, and track exploitation status

I built a simple Vulnrichment Viewer for browsing CISA Vulnrichment data.

Features:

• Search by CVE, vendor, product, CWE
• Filter by Exploitation status (Active / PoC / None)
• See how many days it took for a CVE to move from publication to Active exploitation
• CSV export

The goal was to make Vulnrichment easier to explore than raw JSON.
