AI-suggested

Users should monitor vendor advisories for updates. The vulnerability can be mitigated by ensuring the slot_entry foreign key is included in ownership verification checks in the WorkoutLogViewSet. Until patched, restricting access to trusted users and monitoring for suspicious workout log entries may reduce risk.

Description

An authorization bypass vulnerability in wger allows an authenticated attacker to inject workout log entries into another user's SlotEntry by omitting ownership checks on the slot_entry foreign key. This leads to cross-user data corruption affecting the victim's workout progression calculations.
