Red Hat Security Advisory: Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management for Kubernetes v2.15.5 security updateCVE-2026-14362 0 A denial-of-service vulnerability (CVE-2026-14362) exists in the HashiCorp memberlist component used by Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management for Kubernetes. An attacker with network access to the gossip port could exploit a flaw in the push/pull state handling to cause memory exhaustion on a receiving node, leading to process termination. This affects only products running the memberlist gossip listener. Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management for Kubernetes does not enable this listener by default and is not affected, but related products that enable it are vulnerable. A fix is available in memberlist version 0.6.0 or later. Join the discussion | GCVE Database | 08/12/2026, 18:02:50 UTC Added: 08/13/2026, 17:47:59 UTC |
