GHSA-xvq9-4vpv-227m: Nginx-UI vulnerable to arbitrary file write through the Import Certificate featureCVE-2024-23827 0 The Import Certificate feature in github.com/0xJacky/Nginx-UI allows arbitrary file write due to lack of validation on user-supplied file paths. This enables an attacker to write files to arbitrary locations on the system. A proof of concept demonstrates writing files to /tmp and overwriting the application configuration file app.ini, potentially leading to remote code execution by changing the StartCmd parameter. No patch or official fix information is currently provided. Join the discussion | GCVE Database | 01/29/2024, 22:30:18 UTC Added: 07/06/2026, 23:02:56 UTC |
