GestSup versions before 3.2.61 have a remote code execution vulnerability in the basic IMAP connector's attachment handling. The vulnerability arises because the system fails to skip blocked file extensions, allowing unauthenticated attackers to send emails with PHP attachments to monitored mailboxes. These attachments are saved in a web-accessible directory and executed when accessed, leading to potential full system compromise.
