0 The curl packages provide the libcurl library and the curl utility for downloading files from servers using various protocols, including HTTP, FTP, and LDAP. Security Fix(es): * curl: libcurl: Improper certificate validation due to cached TLS settings reuse (CVE-2025-14819) * curl: curl: Authentication bypass due to incorrect connection reuse with Negotiate authentication (CVE-2026-1965) * curl: curl: Unauthorized access due to improper HTTP proxy connection reuse (CVE-2026-3784) * curl: curl: Information disclosure via OAuth2 bearer token leakage during HTTP(S) redirect (CVE-2026-3783) * curl: curl: Man-in-the-middle attack via SSH host key bypass (CVE-2026-9547) * libcurl: libcurl: Security feature bypass due to improper mTLS connection reuse (CVE-2026-8932) * curl: curl: Information disclosure via incorrect .netrc password lookup (CVE-2026-8926) * curl: curl: Insecure connection establishment due to TLS configuration mismatch (CVE-2026-8286) * curl: libcurl: Unauthorized connection reuse due to a logical error (CVE-2026-8458) * curl: curl: Cookie injection via malicious HTTP server using super cookies (CVE-2026-8924) * curl: curl: Information disclosure via incorrect Digest authentication header reuse (CVE-2026-11856) * curl: curl: SSH host verification bypass when using schemeless URLs with SFTP/SCP (CVE-2026-12064) * curl: Information disclosure due to uncleared proxy authentication state (CVE-2026-8927) * libcurl: libcurl: Information disclosure due to failure to clear proxy authentication credentials (CVE-2026-9079) For more details about the security issue(s), including the impact, a CVSS score, acknowledgments, and other related information, refer to the CVE page(s) listed in the References section. 0 cURL is a computer software project providing a library (libcurl) and command-line tool (curl) for transferring data using various protocols. Security Fix(es): Successfully using libcurl to do a transfer to a specific HTTP origin (`hostA`) with **Digest** authentication and then changing the origin to a different one (`hostB`) for a second transfer, reusing the same handle, makes libcurl wrongly pass on the `Authorization:` header field meant for `hostA`, to `hostB`.(CVE-2026-11856) A flaw in the libcurl SASL negotiation for LDAP authentication allows an incomplete handshake sequence to be misinterpreted as a successful cryptographic verification. An attacker executing a Man-in-the-Middle (MITM) attack can inject a premature or shortcut response that bypasses complete peer validation.(CVE-2026-13608) A flaw in libcurl's handling of HTTP/2 Server Push streams, when the parent handle is set to share connections with other handles, can lead to use-after-free in the cleanup process.(CVE-2026-18924) A flaw in libcurl makes it wrongly reuse an HTTP connection setup for a given hostname using Negotiate authentication, when the initial request is done using empty credentials. This can make user B's request get sent over user A's previously authenticated connection.(CVE-2026-19931) When `CURLOPT_PINNEDPUBLICKEY` is configured alongside options that disable standard peer verification (`CURLOPT_SSL_VERIFYPEER = 0` and `CURLOPT_SSL_VERIFYHOST = 0`), libcurl fails to enforce public key pinning on connections established without a presented server certificate. Bypassing the pinning check under these disabled-verification conditions allows unauthenticated connections to succeed when they should be rejected.(CVE-2026-80230) A flaw in libcurl makes it wrongly reuse an existing HTTPS connection setup for a given hostname even when using a different Native CA Store setting (`CURLSSLOPT_NATIVE_CA`) than when the connection was created.(CVE-2026-80231) When libpsl support is enabled, libcurl fails to enforce the Public Suffix List boundary check when processing a `Set-Cookie` header where the `Domain` attribute explicitly matches an origin host that is itself a public suffix (e.g., `Domain=co.uk` set by `co.uk`). Instead of coercing it into a strict host-only cookie, libcurl saves the cookie with wildcard domain scope (`.co.uk`). Consequently, the cookie is inappropriately included in subsequent outbound requests or HTTP redirects to arbitrary sibling subdomains under the same public suffix (e.g., `attacker.co.uk`).(CVE-2026-82209) Join the discussion | GCVE Database | 09/25/2026, 01:28:47 UTC Added: 07/03/2026, 22:50:29 UTC |
0 Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform is Red Hat's cloud computing Kubernetes application platform solution designed for on-premise or private cloud deployments. This advisory contains the container images for Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform 4.22.14. See the following advisory for the RPM packages for this release: https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2026:66356 Space precludes documenting all of the container images in this advisory. See the following Release Notes documentation, which will be updated shortly for this release, for details about these changes: https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/openshift_container_platform/4.22/html/release_notes/ Security Fix(es): * curl: curl: Insecure connection establishment due to TLS configuration mismatch (CVE-2026-8286) * curl: curl: Man-in-the-middle attack via SSH host key bypass (CVE-2026-9547) * bind: bind9: Cache poisoning via label count discrepancy, RRSIG, wildcards (CVE-2026-11721) * sqlite: SQLite: Arbitrary code execution and crash via heap-based buffer overflow in FTS5 (CVE-2026-11824) * bind: bind9: Unexpected exit with NSEC and NSEC3 both present (CVE-2026-13204) * dracut: dracut: root code execution via unescaped error message written to sourced emergency hook script in die() (CVE-2026-15816) * kernel: KVM: nSVM: Always use vmcb01 in VMLOAD/VMSAVE emulation (CVE-2026-43133) * unbound: Unbound: Denial of Service via malformed EDNS Report-Channel option (CVE-2026-55973) * glib: off-by-one error in glib/gkeyfile.c via "g_key_file_get_locale_string_list" (CVE-2026-58014) * glib: path traversal in glib/gio/gdbusauthmechanismsha1.c via keyring_lookup_entry and mechanism_client_data_receive (CVE-2026-58015) * kbd: Local privilege escalation in openvt via incorrect process owner verification allowing passwordless root login (CVE-2026-72693) For more details about the security issue(s), including the impact, a CVSS score, acknowledgments, and other related information, refer to the CVE page(s) listed in the References section. All OpenShift Container Platform 4.22 users are advised to upgrade to these updated packages and images when they are available in the appropriate release channel. To check for available updates, use the OpenShift CLI (oc) or web console. Instructions for upgrading a cluster are available at https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/openshift_container_platform/4.22/html-single/updating_clusters/index#updating-cluster-cli.
