When one QFQ qdisc is attached as the root and another is temporarily referenced and pending destruction, the qfq_reset function may wrongly deactivate an inactive aggregate, triggering a NULL dereference in qfq_deactivate_agg. This results in a kernel crash (BUG: kernel NULL pointer dereference). The vulnerability affects multiple Linux kernel versions prior to specific patched releases.
